Michal Baghlani is a Registered Psychologist and Wellbeing / Resilience Coach. She is passionate about helping individuals self-manage their mental health and general wellbeing and has a special interest in the treatment of stress and anxiety.
As Michal has progressed in her career, she has realised that psychology is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to managing mental health. She has therefore furthered her professional development into the realm of holistic approaches to mental health and general wellbeing management. Michal understands the importance of sleep, diet and exercise and the impact these factors have on our ability to cope and has also furthered her development in understanding how the human gut microbiome impacts health, both physically and mentally.
She has worked for over 16 years in the area of employee health and wellbeing as a workplace trainer, coach and change facilitator. Michal has worked for some of Australia’s leading EAP organisations providing coaching, training facilitation, career transition services, counselling and crisis interventions. She also has extensive rehabilitation, and injury management experience, both in case management, and the assessment and treatment of complex psychological injuries and chronic pain presentations.
In 2022, Michal was featured in The Australian Business Journal as one of Australia's leading personal development experts and coaches. She now brings her holistic approach to psychology to our community at Biio (and we couldn't be happier to have her!).
