Endometriosis Self-Assessment Tool

A self-assessment tool helping women distinguish between normal menstrual symptoms and potential endometriosis.

The Endometriosis Self-Assessment Tool (ESAT) is a validated screening questionnaire designed to help women identify potential signs of endometriosis. Developed through rigorous research and testing, this 21-question assessment evaluates four key areas.

While this tool cannot diagnose endometriosis (only a doctor can do that), it can help you determine whether your symptoms warrant discussing endometriosis with a healthcare provider. Research shows that women scoring 50 points or higher on this assessment were more likely to have endometriosis.
