Meet Our Featured Resilience Coach, Michal Baghlani

Michal Baghlani is a Registered Psychologist and Wellbeing / Resilience Coach with over 16 years of experience in employee health and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping individuals self-manage their mental health and general wellbeing, with a special interest in the treatment of stress and anxiety.

Michal's approach to resilience coaching is holistic, recognising that psychology is just one piece of the puzzle when it comes to managing mental health. She understands the importance of sleep, diet, and exercise, and has furthered her development in understanding how the human gut microbiome impacts health, both physically and mentally.

With extensive experience in workplace training, coaching, crisis interventions, and the treatment of complex psychological injuries and chronic pain presentations, Michal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her resilience coaching practice at Biio.
