Harveen Khuman began her journey in mental health through the study of psychology, fostering an initial interest in psychotherapy. This curiousity propelled her towards a Masters in Social Work, and further training as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
In her current roles with Biio and in a private psychiatric hospital, Harveen dedicates herself to providing trauma-informed psychological therapy that is both client-centered and deeply empathetic. Her breadth of experience includes aiding clients through mood disorders, anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship hurdles, emotion dysregulation, and the profound impact of pain and trauma.
Harveen's therapeutic approach is compassionate and patient-centered. She collaborates closely with her clients, setting clear and tailored goals.
